IT Infrastructure – Senior Officer (Code: IT-IN)

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT Helpdesk support on desktop, network and data center facility within home office and all branches.
• Manage problem that arise from IT Helpdesk support (working with Infrastructure & Security team and the related third party companies – Vendors/Suppliers).
• Assist IT Infrastructure Manager in prepare the necessary daily/weekly/monthly status reports.
• Manage problem that arise from infrastructure core system (working with DBA and Business Application Team).

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in related mayor from reputable university (GPA>=3.0)
• Having minimum 2 years working experience ICT operational related area.
• Age is not older than 29
• Strong knowledge and experienced with hardware (desktop, server, printer, etc.) and software.
• Strong knowledge and experienced with Linux and Windows server operating systems and RAID technology.
• An understanding of RDBMS systems: MySQL, Oracle, pl/sql
• Interpersonal and Communication skill.
• Able to work in individual and as a member of team.
• Able to work multitasking and under pressure.
