Indonesia Vacancy PS Core Network Fault & Configuration Engineer (Core Network Engineer)

A. Primary Function

1. Responsible for performing support to operation and maintenance activities on PS (Packet Switch) Core Network Element (SGSN, GGSN) nodes.
2. To perform early detection and classification of performance changes and suggest remedies.
3. To conduct analysis of early warning alarm as to avoid service effecting events.
4. To identify the service problem / its impact and plan change request to perform actions to minimize disturbance.
5. Ensure service levels are achieved as per agreed SLA to fulfill the manage service commitments and customer requirements.
6. Ensure capacity monitoring and systems update is initiated to continuously upgrade network performances. Perform system backup of different daily and monthly reports related to prepaid services.
7. Responsible to provide tier 2 support for all field related activities and faults concerning to core network elements.
8. Network performance analysis, fraud management and KPI reporting
9. To define Core Network routines, schedules and reporting based on goals and priorities defined by Management & Control / Operations management.
10. To authorize NMS system and support system management
11. Management of network security system and manage security administration
12. Escalation and joint fault restoration with third party vendor/supplier.

B.Requirement

• Experience minimal 2 year in telecommunication
• License / Certificate: Having CCNA / CCNP, Oracle, Microsoft Certificates will be an advantage
• Special knowledge: having knowledge about TCP / IP, Routing Protocol, MPLS, Sig Tran, SGSN, GGSN
• Additional Skills: Good communication skill in English and Self Study
• Excellent Logical Method
• Attitude: Positive, active, creative, communicative and fast response
