Application User Interface / Web Designer

Job Qualifications:

• Solid experience with cross-platform, browser compliant (X)HTML and CSS/CSS2, DHTML/Javascript, Flash, AJAX, JSON, and other Web 2.0 technologies (experience with jQuery a plus)
• Passionate for building elegant, highly responsive user experience, detail oriented and great pride in every feature, font, and pixel you develop
• Extensive appreciation of the aesthetics of code, documentation, and the user interface
• Any combination of the above, or the desire to learn

Job Requirements:

• Min S1, majoring in Human Computer Interaction, Information Sciences, or related area with GPA > 2,75 out of 4.
• Working experience with agile development methodologies, usability testing, and familiarity with CMS systems & concepts
• Portfolio of large UE/UI projects including plans, site maps, wireframes, flows, etc.
• Must be a detail-oriented user-interface/experience expert with deep knowledge of human factors and design technologies, including the latest interaction design models
• Strong knowledge of site layout & design principles.
• Fluency with appropriate tools including Visio, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must; you will be working closely with inter-departmental teams on a daily basis.
• Comfortable in a fast-pace environment, working across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have the desire to work on new, innovative, cutting edge technologies.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• High integrity, Good personality, and team work
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Good team player, willing to share knowledge with the team
• Ability to work independently on multiple activities, showing appropriate level of prioritization and escalation skills
