IT Staff (IT)

(Ciketing-Bekasi)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support and solution for user Computer peripheral, software and network
2. Perform and generate periodical report for preventive action, backup and monitoring activities or server and network devices
3. Generate IT training for user consumable regarding to user daily activity

Requirements:
General Requirements:

1. Minimum S1 Degree from Computer Science
2. Having 1 year experiences as a IT
3. Maximum age 28 years old
4. Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
5. Computer literate(especially in Microsoft Office)
6. Able to work under pressure

Competencies Required:

1. Required skill(s):Ms Windows 2003 server, Ms ISA 2006, Symatec
2. Preferred skills(s):Veritas Baxkup Exec, Ms SQL, any data base software
3. Preferably have an experience in IT / Computer-Network / System / Database Admin or equivalent
4. Job role in Management or Network / System Engineer

We are seeking for business development team as follow :

 

SYSTEM ANALYST

Responsibilities:

1. Convert user requirements into detailed Technical Specifications, interface specifications or system configuration specifications.
2. Propose, analyse, design and present feasible solutions
3. Present demos of system or prototype for feedback
4. Manage system functional documentation and technical specification documentation for internal programmers
5. Develop and coordinate user acceptance test plans

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree in Management Informatics/IT/Telecommunication or related disciplines
2. Min 1 year in related field
3. Knowledge in SDLC, RDBMS, Mobile/Web Application and OOP
4. Knowledge in project management is an advantage.
5. Skill on capturing user requirement to structured system.
6. Ability to manage productivity with minimal direction.
