Indonesia Vacancy TECHNICAL SUPPORT (TSU)

General Qualification
  • Work Experience at least 4 years
  • S1 is a must from any major, IT preferably.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill both in Indonesia and English
  • Very high attention to detail.
  • Able to work in team, under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Wide range of knowledge about software, hardware, networks, etc
  • Experience as Helpdesk Staff is a plus
  • Able to track and manage issues
  • Provide users with assistance on computer hardware. software or applications.
  • Help the user solve specific problems.
  • Understanding the problems and conducting diagnosis.
  • Escalating problems through Technical Support levels as needed.
  • Issue tracking and recording in Technical Support log.
  • Communicate issues and produce reports to PMU

Excellent Interpersonal Skill
