The scope of work for the CRM consultant and/or developer consultants would be as follows:

The overall objective of the Project is to provide:
  • Creation of new categories within CRM Interaction Center Web Client (ICWC) to represent Loyalty Management System(LMS)
  • Build new reports and programs to cater eService Tracking utility to monitor internet ID creation in CRM
  • A new functionality within CRM eService to broadcast any planned server shutdown
  • An enhancement to ZICSS ARTSS Control Profile table to equipped with audit trail on table changes


1) ICWC new categories for LMS initiative
(Creation of new categories within CRM ICWC to represent Loyalty Management System (LMS))
  • Business Requirement Study
          o Business requirement confirmation and sign off
  • CRM Configuration
          o Assign new CRM categorization
          o Add new categories into Category Modeler
  • BW Configuration
          o Adding new CRM categorization and category
          o Enhance BW data source and replication
          o Enhance BW query configuration
          o Data extraction and loading
  • Web Profile Configuration
          o New Profile for LMS authorization
  • Unit test and Integration testing
  • User Acceptance Test
          o Test script preparation
          o UAT and UAT Issue Resolution and Fixes
          o User Acceptance Test (UAT) 2 (if necessary)
  • Realization
          o Add new categories into Category Modeler

          o Transport to Production
