Manager HRMSVACANCY

Job Responsibilties :

• Collect and define the HRMS business requirement
• Assist in creating solution proposal for user business requirement and rough effort astimates
• Develop fit-gap analysis between business requirement and system functionalities
• Manage the system development and develop system documentation
• Develop design and functional specification for custom development
• Perform L 2 user support for HR user including trouble shooting and post implementation review
• Liaise with vendors for HRMS implementation

Job Qualifications :

1. Education   : Relevant degree in Information Technology
2. Experience  :

• Proficient with SAP-HR code module, a good understanding of the organizational management, personel administration, time management, Indonesioan payroll accounting, travel management and ESS portal.
• Proficient with ABAP/4 programming and SAP smartforms will be an advantage
• Has minimum 2 full cycles SAP HR implementation especially in Indonesia Payroll Accounting
• Good communication skill and vendor management skill
• Sound knowledge of current accounting rules and Indonesia tax regulations
