REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Education Min S-1 in IT
- Must be fluent in English
- Have knowledge of LAN, WAN and Networking issues
- Able to install Windows OS XP, Vista ,MS Office and Windows Server 2003 & 2007. ( Active Directory, File server, Disk Quota)
- Have knowledge of MS Office 2003/2007
- Quick Learning of Move manager application, Relo Assist, Citrix
- Understand Exchange Server 2003 for Administration and Operations
- Understand ISA 2006, Symantec Backup Exec 12.5, CISCO PIX515, SQL 2005, McAfee 8.7 & EpO, Cabling UTP.
- Have Experience at troubleshooting for PC, LAN, WIFI, Printer.
- Have Experience as IT Support min 2 years.
- In order, Cooperative, and have Initiative
